Well every one wants traffic to his site and also he wants new posts for people.
A person who start blogging for money and traffic mostly do the copy paste things from the website that mostly are famous or have a normal ranking.
for this purpose Google makes the copyright rules that are very good for the customers those who are the genuine administrator of their data but this is not good for the students and the part time job seeker who wants to make money via blog buy coping and pasting.
Actually the beginner don't even knows the rules of blogging .
they basically use blogger for testing. and just for nothing
What is  a blog?? is  a big question now!!
A blog is a place for every one for shear his personal feelings to others.
or a place for teachers to provide the knowledge for every one.
but WE admins use it mostly for chat rooms , news , games, and things that we copy paste from other websites. is that fair?
if you relay wanted to be a blogger . use a blog for blogging not for making money or something ,like fake chating or something,
